Fire Safety and Evacuation Plans
We develop safety plans for your buildings for submission to the FDNY.
What is an Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan?
A Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan is a written explanation of how your building meets building code requirements relating to fire safety, fire alarm, sprinklers, and evacuation of the building occupants. The FDNY requires large buildings and schools to have a plan on file at the FDNY in the event of an emergency. These plans must be developed by a licensed professional and maintained by the building staff or owner.
